1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)
The exact free shipping threshold is displayed clearly at checkout.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The threshold appears automatically during checkout.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your shaver. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Please see our Returns page for full details.
6. How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number and link via email after your order ships. You can also check the status in your ShavoraPro account under “My Orders”.
7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
8. Are the shavers wet/dry and waterproof? Most of our electric shavers support wet and dry use and are IPX7 waterproof, allowing you to shave in the shower and clean under running water.
9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@shavorapro.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made before shipping.
